New Galaxy s4 how can i easily transfer of Google apps

I had a Galaxy s3, I now have Galaxy S4. I can see all my apps on my laptop under my Google Play Apps account. What is the best way without downloading them one by one to get them on my S4?

Set up the same Google account on the s4. Go into settings accounts google - select the account and make sure apps are set to sync. Connect to wifi and wait a while

If they don't automatically download, you can go into the play store on your phone, click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner, click "my apps", then "all" in that top bar. From there, you can view and download any and all apps you have ever had on that account.
