Hi my name is Jim and i am new to android having bought a Sony tablet S. I am getting round it ok but as usual a few teething problems so some questions coming.
Bought the tablet mainly for remote controlling my computer based hi fi but also good for a lot of other things. I am surprised at what these tablets can do and all the apps.

Hello and welcome to the forums Jim!

Thanks for joining... nice to have you on board!!

Good to hear that you're enjoying your new tablet... thinking of getting one myself, but am still deciding on which on to go for.

You should check out Sony Tablet S - Android Forums - other users of the same tablet are the best to give you hints and tips on getting the most out of it.

Hope you find this place as useful as I have!!

I have tried in vain to get on the Sony support but just come up against a brick wall. Tried changing my password but they will not let me log on. Are they getting too many complaints?

I have just clicked your link and it is for this site not Sony's. Thanks again. Jim.

I'm sorry... I don't really know about that...

Yeah - the link was to the sub-forum on here for your device... other members of AF that have the same tablet should be able to help you out quite a bit though... it is quite likely that you will find an answer to any questions in there or, if you post a problem, they would be the best people to give you an answer/workaround.

Other users are always the best to offer help, tips, tricks and advice on getting the most out of your device... hopefuly we will be able to help, where Sony ahve (so far) failed!! :D

Thanks again. Jim.

No worries my friend!! :)

Cheers,
D
