New icon sets

Making some new icons to share but have a few questions.

Made them 256x256 for use with desktop visualizer, are there any other apps that are popular I should resize them for (kinda new here)?

How do I make an icon pack? Is it just a zip file?

Other apps you'd like icons for?

These look pretty cool! How about making ones for everyday apps...like phone, contacts, and stuff like that...
