Help New Irritating Icon Has Appeared...Plz Assist

last night a new icon appeared out of nowhere upper left corner and I cannot figure out how to remove it....Im assuming it means "no info" but...to what and how do I get it off of my bar?



Have powered off and tried addon detector already,though not really sure how to maximize addon detector abilities.

try to turn on the notification icon. yours is actually turned off thus the icon.
