Hi All,

Just got myself a new HTC Magic yesterday on Vodafone in the UK. First experince of HTC and Android and so far impressed.

Just trying to understand more finite details - like can I use MP3 for ringtones, what video conversion is best etc.

Welcome to the forums...

You can use MP3 for ringtones if you like...(I believe you can set it as a ringtone in the Music App...or you can download Rings Extended from the Market...)
And if you want a good video conversion program...then one that I use is called SUPER.
It converts pretty much EVERYTHING!
