Help New MAXX owner question

Hello all,

Great forum. Just switched from iPhone to RAZR MAXX. Love the battery life for sure. Doing some serious A/B'ing of the two phones trying to decide whether to keep the MAXX. As always, both phones have their plusses and minuses. One annoying issue with the MAXX I'm having is with streaming music to Bluetooth devices. I get an annoying 'tic' sound every couple of minutes, like a super brief interuption. It happens with two different devices - Bose SoundLink speaker and some Motorola headphones. Happens with both Slacker and Pandora.

Any ideas about this? Anyone have this issue? I never had this problem with my iPhone. Streaming music is huge for me and this might be the killer to keep the MAXX. Another thing I notice is that the volume rocker does not seem to be responsive or linear on the Bose SoundLink. Again, no issues with the iPhone.

Thanks in advance for any help

Could be related to interference with you wireless router or any other device that could be on the same wavelength. I went from 4s to Maxx and I must say, there's not one thing that will make me to back to 4s.

If you don't have the ICS update (probably not) make sure that volume is not at max... run at 2 clicks down from the max volume.

May or may not help, there are some that have the tick at full volume, some that don't. I'm one of them... haven't tested it with ICS yet.
