I've just ordered my Acer Iconia Tab A200, and look forward to receiving it next week.
While I'm waiting, I'll try to identify apps I'll want to install, starting with a "remote access" app to use to access my desktop computer when I'm away. I'll also experiment with VOIP apps, to see if I can place and receive calls with the device when connected via WiFi.
This will be my first Android device; I have an original iPhone (but dropped AT&T service a couple years ago), and look forward to the larger screen -- and hopefully faster speed when rendering web pages (I'll probably install as many different web browsers as possible).
About me: I'm an internet marketing consultant (primarily performance-based marketing, such as pay-per-click advertising and affiliate programs), and also a web publisher (my current focus is on my Lesson Index web site for teachers). Previously, I was a teacher, an attorney, a syndicated newspaper columnist, and a journalist writing for computer magazines (among other things).
