Which phone is best is a difficult question to answer... each person will argue why their phone is the best (and will have good reasons behind why).

The best bet is to get as much android as you can afford... as in pay as much as you are prepared to pay. If you get a higher end device, your experience is very different to if you get a lower end device.

Another good tip is to get some hands on time in a shop with the devices (perhaps once you have got it down to a final few). You might like the look of 3 devices, all with similar specs, but when you get to handle them, have a "Goldie Locks" moment... you could decide that one feels too "plasticky" one feels too small/big in your hand and the other is just right.

Hope you manage to make your choice and that we see you back here once you've gone for it!!

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! :)

Are you looking to stay with Sprint? The phones under contract will be limited by carrier. If you are looking to change, it's hard not to at least suggest the Galaxy Nexus with Verizon.

If you currently are sporting the evo 4g I would recommend nothing but the Samsung galaxy s2 on sprint. Anything else and believe me you will not be very impressed as the evo was such a flagship device and can still out perform many phones sprint sells. The only other option would be the evo 3d. The 3d specs aside it is pretty lightning fast but the screen lacks ways behind the s2. Or wait, as I imagine sprint will get a variant of the galaxy nexus in time.

Hello,

Nice to have you aboard the forum. Here's my two cents on this -- Go on EBay and get an EVO 3D...at this time you might be able to get one for Two Hundred Dollars. Keep your upgrade until something awesome comes to Sprint. The specs and features of the EVO 3D are totally awesome. I had the EVO 4G then I got the 3D. I promise you- you won't be disappointed.

Enjoy your time here. Tap on the phone link in my signature, scroll down to the EVO 3D forum and read the reviews about this incredible device.
