Root New OTA on MetroPCS

If anyone wants to try this method below....this may or may not work, not an expert, so make sure to always backup before doing any flashing. Make sure the file is in the location you're running adb and fastboot from.

I don't have access to a computer with ADB and fastboot right now.

Download the radio image here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3c_enS_FZ-_bGVZbjlFTlJRaU0/view?usp=sharing

Open up ADB and once you have the terminal or command line open run the command "adb devices" to make sure your devices is detected by adb.

Type "adb reboot bootloader". This will reboot your device to fastboot mode.

Once in fastboot type: fastboot flash radio radio.img

Once its done type: fastboot reboot recovery

In recovery wipe dalvik and cache and then reboot.

Be VERY careful with any radio stuff. Not joking . Seen way too many bad results in this forum alone.

Again, anything to do with radios is not to be taken lightly.

Exactly....thats why whoever does this might be willing to need to KDZ back to stock if it works :)

Yeah, I was warning any noob's who might try messing with this and you know there will always be someone who does and doesn't read.

I'll be flashing (via fastboot)the radio tonight, I have a 2 inch gap on my screen, screen shattered and now I need a new phone. So using it as a testing phone now.
