New Phone Decision - Please Help!

Hello All!, i currently have a HTC Desire (not rooted) for over a year now, and im looking to 3 devices. I came to these three per recommendation or because i like them.

HTC Sensation XE

HTC Vivid

HTC Inspire 4G

Can anyone help me to decide?

the phone will be used for, let say all around, from gaming to web browsing, etc.

Personally, I'd go for the Vivid, similarly specced to the Sensation, but it's a bigger screen by the looks of things.

The Inspire is ok, it's the 4G version of my handset and whilst it is a good phone, it's getting dated now and is single core where as most new phones are dual core.

I hadn't noticed that spec.

I've not seen the screen on the vivid, but my mates sensation is vibrant and looks really nice. Whilst 256K seems a lot, games/movies etc would probably look better on the sensation so I'd lean towards that.

Tough choice though.

As for now i think i will import the Sensation XE (here in Argentina there is only 1 HTC phone through carriers, the Desire)

the sensation by a wide margin. zero lag screen is outstanding. its just a smooth running great looking phone. and its gonna be the first htc phone to get the ice cream sanwich update so thats another plus. the vivid aint a bad phone but the sensation is just better.

guess i never gave a reason why lol ok the vivid has a bigger screen but size dont help here. it just looks a lil off color wise and looks a lil pixelated. the vivid feels cheap. its very plasticey.

Thanks for the response timmyh, i think the deal breaker could be the 256k, but as you stated the ICS is a big plus

I have SXE and I'm super happy with it, it's a gorgeous phone and games look amazing.

Vivid and SXE have the same size screen, SXE with more colours and ppi density. It's also slightly smaller and lighter but less internal storage. All other specs seem to be the same or slightly better, plus the Beats audio enhancements.

Thanks i didnt update the thread, but i finally got the Sensation 4G since the XE does not work here where i live (3G and 4G). Many thanks to all that replied!
