If you are talking about the Triumph, no date has been officially announced. But it is suspected the 19th of July.

Best Buy has the pre-order out there but Amazon does not. July 19th to July 26th are the dates listed.
The fact sheet that MacFett posted talks about mobile hotspot. I don't see that offered from the Virgin site. Is that something where I would download an application from the App Store or will that require something more involved?

Keep in mind that the Triumph may be very well less than $299. Likely, BB increased the price for preorder so they wouldn't lose any money when the official price is revealed.
