Help New Phone

Hello I am new to the forums so im sorry if this post is in the wrong place.

So I have the Samsung Vibrant wich is a pretty old phone as far as androids go. The phone runs slow, apps crash alot, etc. I would like to get new phone but need help deciding which is best option for me?

The biggest concern for me is performance. I want something that has a smooth interface. As well as good app performance. It would also be nice to have a sharp display if possible.

It doesn't have to be the most current model. But I would like something that came out in the last couple of years. I've been thinking about the Galaxy S4 or S5 but not sure if its the best option for what I'm looking for.

Just my personal opinion, but I think you would like the Nexus 5. Search online for a refurb from a reputable source.

Yep, the Nexus 5 is a great device and can be picked up relatively cheaply.

Also worth taking a look at the HTC One M7, or if you can afford it, look at the One M8.

What's your budget?
