new razr maxx hd. first impressions

first impressions... took the first hour after gettting it in the mail to get the sd card door open after calls to verizon and local dealer. Apparently i got the only one in history that doesnt open perfectly everytime with the little tool. Dont like that door design. Then took another 40 mins to an hour to activate, they didnt know why it took so long.
Im coming from the bionic, the power button was on top now its on the side. ill have to take some time but ill get used to it.
Its feels lighter versus my bionic with extended battery and slimmer, so holding it in my hand is a little awkward still.
Seems to run fast and really smooth and i really like the screen clarity and sharpness over the bionic.
Verdict is still out on this, but signal might not be quite as good as the bionic was, but im going to say this is still to be determined.
Lastly i hate the google chrome browser. On the bionic all i used was the standard browser, and i was expecting to use that on the maxx hd but i dont see that option on here. Is chrome the only way to use the internet on the maxx hd?
Im also looking forward to the great battery life i have heard about. Is the battery as good as they say?

Chrome is the stock browser. You will need to download another browser, like Dolphin or Firefox, for example if you don't like Chrome.

With my old phone I used to look at my battery meter and worry about what hour of the day I would need to plug it it and charge it. With my Maxx HD I look at the battery meter and wonder what DAY I will need to charge it.

wow battery life is going very impressive for my first full day with it!!!! im also really liking the bigger notification led on the front of the phone. lots of improvements over bionic so far!
