i just bought my first smartphone about a week ago. I've been using a basic phone all my life and would continue using one if it weren't for my job. the main reason for switching over was because i wanted a gps/map for when i make deliveries. a paper map is too much of a hassle and my GPS is getting old and slow and lacks features. Verizon Wireless with the no contract monthly plan is what i had with my basic phone, so i decided that is what i wanted when i get a smartphone too. so i was limited in the phones available for my plan, but after comparing 2 phones i decided to go with the Moto G from Motorola after seeing some great reviews on it and wanted one under $100.
i've had it for 5 days now and am learning a bunch of things about them. it is mindboggling! i'm the first one in my immediate family to have one, so i did not know all that it could do. so far i am happy with the purchase and look forward to using it on the job tomorrow.
