chainsdd's superuser is open source and included in cm code. the reason why its being ditched is because chainsdd is currently deployed and cant update it

Hmm, I thought chansdd was closed source as well.

Still this app looks very promising, have you checked out the video

Edit: and actually I think I read on Google+ the other day the Superuser app is being updated again, so maybe he's back.
