Help New system update?

So yesterday, August 11, 2012 I robooted my S3. Sprint Says, new system update available over the air OTC So I let it install. Anyone know what it improves/does/contain. etc? Thanks Kompy

All I think I see from the UI standpoint is a Brightness adjustment now in the pull down as well as a gear for settings. Maybe these were there before and I never noticed them though..LOL But I think their new. Not sure what else has changed though.
