new to Android...is there a desktop application like iTunes for our devices for playlists, etc?

Hi all,

New to android, Galaxy S2.

Are there any desktop applications similar to iTunes for creating/modifying playlists, etc? I have about 3,500 songs, and if I have to go song by song on the phone itself to re-create my playlists and create new ones, I'm gonna' go crazy AND blind.

What program are your current playlists in? If Winamp, they have an Android app that syncs playlists and libraries. On a side note, Google offers a cloud service called Music, which consists of a PC app for uploading Mp3s and an android app for streaming from any Android device out even your pc web browser. I recall that my playlists created on my phone are also stored in the cloud when accessed from my pc.

I personally use mediamonkey 4.0
ans its been good to me and my gs2. Havnt really played around with it though yet

I use WinAmp, but for Android, there are lots of possibilities. Even Windows Media Player has the ability to sync media to Android devices.

I just started using google music, I have had it for about a month now I think (my cousin sent me the invite a while back). It scares me a bit to have music that streams over data, what if you don't get service?

But it's keeping my SD card cleaner, so I'm giving it a try.
