Hello,
I have been developing apps now for almost a year now. I have three apps published on the Apple App Store, Amazon App Store, Nook App Store, and Android Market. On the first three markets, I have had decent sells. On the Android Market, I have not been so lucky. For about three months now I have only gotten about 20 downloads of my first two educational apps for kids. Of those 20, I probably received 6-7 emails from Google indicating that there was an issue with someones credit card.
After doing some research, I decided to try putting up a free app (Kids Trucks Preschool Lite - http://bit.ly/w3Lp9Y ). Even with the app being free, it has only gotten about 10 downloads in the last 5 days. I posted the same app in the Apple App Store and have been receiving around 500 downloads a day.
What am I doing wrong here? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
