New to Android

Hi Guys,

Im new to Android moved from Blackberry 9900 (Rubbish!) to a lovely Samsung Galaxy S III witch i can openly say is a very amazing device!

Very powerful and lovely clear layout.

Im going to have a look around the forums to see what i can do with this beast so if anyone has any advice feel free to post.

One question i have is, If i pay for an item on the market and decide to uninstall it but later on would like to reinstall it will it cost me again or will i be able to download it again for free?

Good to hear that you are an Android convert... you've come to the right place for info on getting the most out of your device!!

You should check out Samsung Galaxy S3 - Android Forums - this is where other users of the same device hang out and will be the best place to pick up tips, tricks, hints and advice

In answer to your question, once you've paid for an app, it is yours. If you delete it, you will be able to get it again at no extra cost. If you go in to Google Play and press your "menu" button, you get a few choices... choose "my apps" and you have a list of apps installed on your device. A quick swipe to the left takes you to a list of all apps you have ever had on your device. You can then re-download the app for nothing.
