New to Android

Hey guys (and girls)

I'm just getting into the world of Android, I'm looking into getting a tablet to replace my car stereo. Still researching everything I want my tablet to do, that's why I'm here.

Been looking at the Samsung Galaxy Tab a,d the new Nexus 7, just reviewing my options.

I'm pretty good with tech stuff, so I should be able to get it figured out. I have a 1st gen ipad now, really like it, but I played with some android tablets today at Best Buy. They seem pretty great. The ipad is too big and too expensive for me to look at putting in a car.
