New to Atrix 2

Hi,
I am moving from a Blackberry Torch 9800 to a new Atrix 2. what would be the steps to get information from one to the other. I have the SIM and also a memory card for the Blackberry. I saw a procedure to move the contacts using Mark/Space. Is there anything else I should do before moving?
