Hi all, I'm hoping someone can lead me to a place where I can find information on how to install apps on my HTC (dream-Rogers) (G1-T1 Mobile). I've read the manual. My sd card is recognized by my pc. I've transfered the .apk file to the sd card. How do you manipulate the phone to recognize the app? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Leachs49 & Welcome to AF! 
You can install apps for the app on their called the Market ,
However , If your going to install an app from outside the market you must download another app like AppManager.
When downloaded -> Back up 1 app { this is to create the relevant folder on the SD} -> connect your phone to the PC -> Drop the .apk into the folder "appmamanger" -> Unmount and access the app on your phone again -> Press Menu and Install from SD -> Select the program and your Done!
