New to Rezound, need some ideas

Lurker
Hey guys, just got a Rezound, coming from iPhone, so there are a few things I am having a bit of trouble trying to get dialed in for the kind of work-flow I want.

1. I am using DropBox to view big PDFs but want a way to save the files to the phone. Problem is, I am looking for a user friendly, easy way to do this. Right now the only way I can figure it out is by using one of those File Managers and that is a pain. Is there a way to have a folder on a homescreen, or is there an app that can store and sort any kind of file? I am perplexed as to why the Adobe Reader functionality is not really an app that I can launch like all the apps installed on this phone. It doesn't help that the naming of the two memory cards is quite confusing to me.

2. Photo sync. I use Google services, but Picasa downloads on the phone's Gallery will not allow me to actually save the images to the phone. And that would be a pain to individually have to click on every photo I want transferred to the phone. If I mount the phone via USB to my mac, what memory card should I store photos on, and how can I do this? Is there a wireless solution to this. I was able to get my iTunes music to sync via USB with a program called iSyncr. Looking for an equivalent to that app for my iPhoto from my Mac.

Thanks guys!
