Root New to root stuck during flash of custom ROM

Tried to flash Vanilla froyo custom rom... I followed the direction from the SDX. I typed the rfs from the console... then the phone reboots try to apply the Vanilla Froyo zip but it keeps hanging been waiting about 5 minutes still stuck can't boot.. Help New to Root...

Think I was a lil nervous... after about another couple of minutes it finished...

lol it can take a bit,

also always have a back-up before flashing any new rom or kernel this will save your a__ if something dosent work. A reflash is also sometimes needed as well.
