New to this. I need some help!!!!

Ok so I'm really new to this droid world. I'm wanting to know how or if I can change themes like icons fonts wallpapers and what not like I used to be able for my old blackberry?
 
I just switched from a blackberry too. I miss my bb's keyboard :-(. I would reccomend launcher pro for changing themes and icons.
