New to this

Hi there - My first android phone. HTC Rezound. Still learning about it after having it for 6 months. :turtle:
I've taken a lot of pictures and I want to get them to my PC. I was able to get them off as thumbnails. Is there any way to get them as full size pictures or am I asking too much from a phone?
