I think this actually started before I got Marshmallow. The attached screenshot shows the unwanted dock screen that shows up when I put my phone in the dock. It doesn't show up all of the time, though. Simply pressing unlock makes it go away but it's still annoying. Anyone else seen this? I've been through all the settings and apps that I can think of and can't figure out how to get rid of it? Any ideas?
