new update 1.6???

just got an update on my G1 but the firmware version still says 1.6? anyone else just got an update and know whats new?

btw, i had 1.6 for several months, this is a new update but it still shows 1.6

I got an update too early in the morning (located in Cali).

I tried to search on here and online what the update was about. Mine also shows 1.6

yeah here in cali too.. the build number is diff though. but still says 1.6? anyone?

The update was just to improve the G1's call performance. No additional features have been added. The build number did change to DMD64.
