New update and can't make/receive calls

Just did the update and I can't make or receive phone calls. What's up?

Did you receive it OTA or some other way?
Check and see if IMEI is unknown.

Thanks. I finally got an SD card so I had enough space to do the update I received on my phone. IMEI is known. I'm truly to get the phone in safe mode to check some apps but having trouble with this too.

Also go to Settings - About Phone - Status - Sim Status And see if phone is reading the sim card.
Have you tried a restart since you applied the update?

Another good thing to do after receiving a big update from one Android version to another, is to boot into recovery and wipe the cache partition.
