Long press on what you want to resize. Just like with LauncherPro.

For some reason, I haven't been able to get any method to work though (using Epic 4G on froyo).
Edit: OK, 2 and 3 didn't work for me because the file folder didn't exist. #1 didn't work for me because after manually typing in the address to download the theme, the download didn't give me the option of opening it with WidgetLocker. I had to email myself the link to the forum post, clicked on it, and downloaded it from there. THEN it worked for me.

The update is awesome, only thing wrong is that there's no landscape (when I try I get automatic fc)
