New Words with Friends

Unfortunately I had to install the latest version of Words With Friends when I switched to Verizon and the Note 4. The latest version just doesn't work. Does anyone know where I can get the apk file for a previous version?

i know this is a bit of a stretch, but google words with friends apk, and download anyone that doesnt have the new name, only problem is, you are automatically notified to update to continue to play

Be very very careful downloading apps from alternate places. It is common that they come with unwanted additions.

Sounds like a bug actually. You might want to send an email to the game's developers, i.e. Zynga. Tell them what phone you've got, Android version, your carrier, and exact details of the problem. Ask them what they can do about it and if they can fix it.

I need to do that Mike. I thought it was working right after a log out/in and then a game reset. Didn't last long though. For some reason it started "forgetting" my plays again. It shows my opponent's turn on my end but it is actually mine. I am able to make my plays from an ipad that hasn't been updated. It's pretty frustrating to have to play the same move more that once.
