Help New Xperia z3 compact

Hello! I want to buy new Xperia z3 compact and root. I found guides about it but it seems hard to do.
On the web I see informations about contest, who first will root xperia z3 get 3k $$, but I see also there are many rooted z3 on the web

I was looking for the simplest method to root and I found : http://xperia-z3-root.blogspot.com/
It seems it is one click for xperia z3, is it possible to root with one click?

Im little desoriented, on one site they are offering 3000$ for person who'll root, on youtube I found quick guides and now this xperia z3 one click root.

How is about this root?

I've just open the box on mine and have started on all the threads too.

There is a thread in xda that shows you how to do it.

What I am trying to do is find a way to backup the full image including the DRM keys, before I unlock the boot loader and go for root.

I was able to on my Z1, but it does not seam possible on the Z3 compact.

I'm worried I will never be ae to return to stock for warranty etc if I go forward. I'll let you know how I go.
