Root Newbi. Looking 4 Stable ROM

Searching around I see a good amount of roms, all of which are said to be the best. The current stock rom is the most unstable POS I have used.

Now my Galazy S does not have a clean ESN so I only use it on wifi and as a GPS mounted into the Samsung Navigational Mount which includes the external audio through the usb port.

I am looking for a ROM with the following basic features;

- Fast GPS Lockup
- Compatible with Samsung Navigation Mount
- Very Stable
- Quick
- Good Wifi

Any suggestions?
