Newbie here. Hi.

Hi from a newbie in the United Kingdom. I live in the Ancient City of York. I have a Huawei Ascend P1 LTE that I am having trouble with, just started the problem today, I think I have touched something whilst I was chatting to my other half. dont kow what I have touched, but now I can hear her and she cant hear me ?? I also have a HTC 1s. lovely phone but it wont switch on. (Yes I am unlucky with phones) so I am off to find the problems forum see if anybody can help me.
