Hi, I am the sometimes user of a wildfire, know nothing about phones or computers, etc. Sometime user because my wildfire doesn't allow me to stroke, touch etc. to answer incoming calls. In order to get something from it, I want to use the internet option I am already paying orange for but can never get connected to, when i need it, to connect my laptop to, (currently also paying orange for that separately). Hopefully only occasionally as only want to use it when other people are limiting my unlimited usage orange home broadband so that it disrupts my viewing of BBCiplayer, 4:OD etc.Any help in English, rather than using any technical terms whatsoever would be greatly appreciated. My definition of English is "the red button on the right" or "the funny black twin wire plugged into socket with strange symbol on it" etc.
