Next Motorola and HTC Android Phone for AT&T

Does anyone know what the next top line Android phones will be from Motorola and HTC? I am looking to replace my iPhone 3GS with a new Android phone. I like the new Samsung Galaxy SII but I wish it had the 4.5" screen on it like it's predecessor. So before I buy it I think I would like to wait and see what Motorola or HTC will be offering next. I prefer Motorola over the HTC but not by much.

I thought when i googled i read something about an atrix 2 but i didn't see any definite specs or how it might differ from the og atrix.

As for htc it would by the holiday.

AT&T's next HTC phone is supposedly the Holiday (also sometimes called the Waikiki). The specs I've seen said 4.5" screen (bigger than both the Atrix 2 and the SGSII at 4.3"), otherwise fairly similar specs. No idea when it'll be released though - sometime this "holiday" season I'm sure.
