NEXT7P cannot unlock pattern

[Android Question]

I have tried to unlock the 9 dot pattern repeatedly. I have to wait 30 seconds between times I try. I do not get past this process nor does the device ask me for my Google address or password.
I have pushed the HOME button and power button at the same time. I have pushed the volume button and power button at the same time. What else can I try?
