Nextang theme Launcher?

I just flashed Lithium Mod by JRummy and am considering either the Alternate Dark or NexTang themes. The only issue with Nextang is that the orange launcher included in the screenshots doesnt come included when flashed. Where can I find that launcher from manup's screen shots with 3 orange dots and 1 blank dot that seems to fit well with the theme?

You can use either LauncherPro or ADW (If I remember right, he's using ADW in the screenshots)

Either allow for complete customizations. Use the png I attached for the app drawer icon.
