Nexus 10 or Galaxy tab 3?

I was pretty much set to buy either a Nexus 10 or 7 when I heard the galaxy tab 3 will be released soon. Does anyone know how they will compare? Is it worth waiting for the galaxy tab 3 or will they stack up similarly to each other?

I'm expecting the Nexus 10 to be better in terms of almost everything except storage (I expect Tab 3 to be expandable). Based on last year's offerings, the "Tab" line of Samsung tablets appear to be the more affordable, "last year's hardware, this year's device" type of thing. The upcoming Note 8 incher hints that a refresh for the Note 10.1 may be coming, which I'll expect to be the Samsung flagship tablet, with the Tab 3 series holding the fort for budget and mid-range deals.
