Help Nexus 10 WiFi speed problems

I recently upgraded my Internet to 10meg. I do obtain around that speed on my laptop (wired or WiFi) and also on my SmartTV (wired or WiFi) but when I check my Nexus 10 I get less than 4meg? Anyone aware of any issues or fixes? Thank you.

Are you testing to the same server? Do you have data (if any) disabled when you test?

Are you running a few tests on each device, alternating devices, and averaging the results for each device? I can get anywhere from 7mbps to 25mbps testing on my laptop to the same server over a 30 minute period. So what's my "speed"? 7? 25? Somewhere in between? Numbers are useless unless you understand what they mean and how they're derived.

Thank you for your reply. Nexus 10 does not have mobile data it's WiFi only. I have tested devices many many times. I always get between 3.5 and 3.8 on Nexus and always get between 7 and 10 on laptop or TV. Comparison tests are always done at the same time from the same server. I read somewhere else on another forum about others having similar problems with Nexus 10 since the recent system upgrade but not been able to find any conclusive solution.
