Hi,
I have a question concerning the Nexus 4. Is the Nexus 4 able to use the new functionalities of Bluetooth 5.0? I'm trying to do something with Mesh Networking but my Professor believes the phones are too old to use the new functionality of Bluetooth 5.0.
