Nexus 4 data stopped working

Hi, I have read these forums for a little while but have never signed up before. In the 4/5 months I've had my Nexus 4 I've never had any problems. I am on Three and have an unlimited data contract.

Yesterday my mobile data suddenly stopped working and I'm not sure why. I didn't change any settings and I'm not running any custom ROMs.The phone works with WiFi.

I have tried:

Restarting it
Taking the sim card out
Airplane mode off/on
Using different APN settings

None of these have worked. Ideally I don't wanna have to a factory reset so if anyone has any words of wisdom, they would be much appreciated

OK, dumb question but you did check that data is still enabled?

Then check Data enabled is ticked.

While you're there, probably worth checking that the 2G only option is NOT ticked.
