nexus 4 won't start up after charging!

After charging phone overnight, it wouldn't start up in morning. Why is this happening? I have only had it two months and it was OK until just after updating system to version 4.3. Any suggestions?
 
Hi, This has been reported occasionally on the Nexus 4. Holding down the Power button to turn the phone off, then holding Power down again to start usually resolves the issue.
