nexus 4 wont turn on

Google nexus from wind mobile wont turn on and its fully charged and it keeps making sounds but the screen keeps turning black and I don't have 200 dollars to replace the screen I don't know what is wrong with it

That sounds like an LCD issue. Have you recently dropped your Nexus? Even a small drop can dislodge a wire or cause issues. Have you taken it to your service provider for an evaluation?
