Hi, so I was on my nexus 4 and all of a sudden it turned itself off with about 95 % Battery left now it wont turn on when I plug the charger in a red light just flashes I tried holding power and volume down but nothing happened a few months prior to this I dropped it in a lake I dried it out and put it in a bowl of rice and it worked any help would be appreciated many thanks.
