Hi All, I am shopping for a new car and the 2013 Ford Edge with the MyFord Touch seem pretty cool.
HOWEVER...
There seem to be some issues with the MFT and a lot of handsets. Basicly a lack of bluetooth connection, tethering, audio streaming, phone book downloading, etc etc.
Ford has not seemed to have tested the Nexus 5 ( or the N4 on AT&T for that matter ) as their last evaluations were about a year ago and there have been some upgrades to the Ford's software and also some major upgrades to Android.
Has anyone tried using a Nexus 5 with the MyFord touch system? I will be using Straight Talk ( the AT&T flavor ) in this phone?
As a secondary question, has anyone used a Nexus 4/StrightTalk on this system?
Yes I know there are a lot of folks who have major issues with the Ford Software, but I like the ride and it has the seats my wife likes.
Thanks, Tim
