Help Nexus 5 Lollipop - Android is upgrading... optimizing app 1 of 1

So, I am getting this message in (in subject of post) each time I reboot. Anyone else?
It started happening when I got the upgrade to Lollipop. No root, no custom roms, totally stock.

ART is on (NO Davlik).
