Help Nexus 5 Won't Boot Up

Nexus 5, Android 6.0

It's been acting up lately ... running slow, Google Now working sporadically ...

This morning, I took it out of the charger, tapped the power button, and it shut off.

Ever since, it won't start. I hold the power button down, get that little vibration, the white "Google" comes up, the orange spinning circles come up ... then it shuts off.

Can anyone help?
