Nexus 6p network issues

Kram951

Lurker
Hi all,

I have nexus 6p for almost half a year.
Recently I was abroad for almost one month, so my phone was in an airplane mode all this period.
When I come back to my country, I found out that my phone can't connect to my carrier.
Even when he connects to the carrier, I don't get 3g or lte connection.
During my stay abroad, I have upgarded my phone to 7.1.1(Beta version).
And today I did a factory reset to 7.0 but still have the problem.
Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

Hello! What radio version is your device currently on?

You can see this in settings > about phone > baseband version

Have you talked to your carrier? It's possible that your account was placed on a suspended status while you were absent, so I'd definitely check with them first.

You should also verify that you have the correct APN configured at Settings > More > Cellular networks > Access Point Names.

By the way, performing a factory reset would not downgrade you from 7.1.1 -> 7.0. You would need to manually flash the 7.0 image to perform such a downgrade. It would be good if you could verify what version you are currently on.

Hi,

First of all, my baseband version is: angler-03.72.
The sim works fine (I have checked it in my iphone), and in addition I check that the apn is configured good.
