Nexus 6p upgrade to Moto X4

So, I saw the deals for the new Moto x4 with trade-in and decided to give it a go. I know it's a mid range phone, but did I make a bad decision?

Specs are not a big upgrade from what I'm using now, Moto XPE, but updates directly from Google for under $400.00, I don't think is a bad choice.
I'm not a power user so 3gb ram is sufficient for me.

Yeah, but I'm going from a Nexus 6p so it's kind of a downgrade. Is it worth the cheaper price to go with a slower phone. Will I see the difference?

Not sure. Guess you could always return it to Google and upgrade to a Pixel.
I was looking at the OnePlus 5, but wanted to be able to stay with Verizon and still not ready to give up SD cards yet.

Got email from Google that shipping delayed. Decided to cancel my order and get another year out of my XPE.

The one plus 5 is a phone that I've been looking at as well as the one plus 3t also. I think one plus makes a great product after all the reviews and research I've done and seen on them. I've just never owned one before.
